You can expect to be greeted by front foyer greeters to guide you into the sanctuary. Here at the "U" our environment is very warm and welcoming you can expect to feel invited.

"Church Atmosphere"

Our establishment carry’s a sense of excitement about ourselves, a very upbeat atmosphere for sure. Upon entrance, pew benches sit facing the stage with the holy cross present. There is an area for the pulpit and baptisms raised up high, an area for the musicians as well as an enclosed sound booth for the drummer to ensure a unique sound that adds to a great worship experience.

"The People"

At the “U” you will find a very warm and welcoming crowd. The people of this body are friendly, loving and thrives towards unity and togetherness. You may encounter individuals from all walks of life of all ages.  Some people may be devoted life long Christians others may come humbly from a life of sin that they chose to turn around and walk in the way of righteousness.

"The Children"

At the “U” we welcome the little ones. Sunday School classes are usually set up separately in small groups by age and maturity level that you can bring your child(ren) to. The children will learn bible verses, make crafts about the lessons for that week. This helps children get to know God in a fun and creative way while instilling in them important virtues and basic foundational principles.

"What to Bring"

Here at the “U” you can come empty handied but many people bring their own bibles to follow along with scriptures. If you don’t have a bible, no worries, bibles are available at every pew for your use during your visit. You may also bring a highlighter to mark what stands out to you as well as pen and paper to write down sermon notes and important information the Pastor mentions to avoid forgetting them later.

"What to Wear"

Not knowing what to wear or how to dress for an occasion can be bothersome for some people and could possibly hinder a decision to attend. Expect to see people in a variety of outfits. Some people may wear nice jeans with a polo shirt or nice blouse, others may wear dress pants and a button up or anything casual wear. We have some members who may wear traditional suits or suit dresses with hats.

At the “U” you may also see some members wear church t-shirts as a representation of unity and togetherness. These shirts are given as a gift to all first time members and are available for purchase to wear at anytime. Keep in mind, you will want to feel comfortable sitting  during a sermon. You are not trying to catch anybody’s attention at church, dress in reverence unto the Lord and in respect of God’s people.

Above all, wear your confidence in faith, bring your praise and worship as we dwell together in honor of the Lord in love and unity.
